From Contra Info (July 16, 2012) via Informa-Azione (July 16, 2012):
Alessandro Settepani and Sergio Maria Stefani, both in preventive detention as a result of Operation Ardire, appeared at their public hearing for Operation Shadow, whose leading prosecutor is also the instigator behind Operation Ardire: Manuela Comodi. Those attending the trial in solidarity were able to greet and share a few words with the compas.
Settepani and Stefani were together in the same cell for over half an hour until the arrival of Comodi, who disapprovingly observed that there was a prohibition on intermingling in effect, given that Settepani and Stefani are also codefendants in Operation Ardire.
We found Settepani and Stefani in quite decent shape, as well as moved by the presence of friends and compas.
The hearing lasted just under an hour (keeping in mind that the prosecutor showed up 45 minutes late) and ended with an adjournment to September 25.
Right afterward, beginning at 11 a.m., was the reconsideration of Settepani, Stefano Gabriele Fosco, and Elisa Di Bernardo’s detention. Unfortunately, just like with Stefani, Katia Di Stefano, and Peppe Lo Turco, the court’s decision was unfavorable to our comrades.
More updates will follow.

On July 13th, 2012, in Perugia, Alessandro Settepani and Sergio Maria Stefani (currently held in pretrial detention, accused in the operation “Boldness [Ardire]” case) attended a hearing in open court in relation to the so-called operation “Shadow”, case in which both of them also face charges.
Updates from the day at the court are as given here.
Let us just mention that the “operation shadow” was yet another anti-anarchist witch hunt that took place in Italy in 2009 and was ordered by Manuela Comodi, the same Inquisitor-prosecutor who is behind the “operation boldness”.
